General Terms of Participation in the "Factory Grand Opening" Event
These General Terms of Participation set forth the rules and conditions governing participation in the Factory Grand Opening of the new factory of Josera Polska sp. o.o., which will take place on 17.09.2025, in Paproć (hereinafter referred to as the Event).
Invitation and Registration
Participation in the Event is by invitation only. Selected Participants will receive an official invitation from the Organizer via email, including a registration link.
Each invited entity may register a maximum of two (2) Participants for the Event.
All registrations must be completed no later than 23.05.2025. Registrations submitted after this date will not be considered.
Event Schedule and Optional Activities
Registered Participants will have the opportunity to sign up for an official dinner organized by the Organizer, which will take place on 16.09.2025, the evening before the factory opening ceremony.
Participants may also register to attend the Factory Opening Ceremony, scheduled for 17.09.2025.
Details regarding the exact venue of the dinner (restaurant), hotel accommodation, and transport departure times will be communicated to Participants at a later date.
Accommodation
The Organizer will provide accommodation for up to two (2) nights for all registered Participants.
Accommodation will be arranged in hotels located in Poznań and the surrounding area.
Participants may choose between a single or double room at the time of registration, subject to availability.
The Organizer will cover the cost of the room and breakfast only.
Any additional services offered by the hotel (e.g., minibar, massages, spa treatments, parking, etc.) are not covered and must be paid for directly by the Participant.
Transportation
The Organizer guarantees group transportation from the hotel to the Event venue and back.
Transfers will be conducted by organized group transport at designated times, as communicated by the Organizer in advance.
In cases where the Organizer provides or covers the cost of transport to the Event, the Organizer shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience caused by transport delays or disruptions.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience incurred by any Participant in connection with services provided by third parties, including but not limited to hotel operators and transport providers.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any actions, negligence, or omissions by such third-party service providers, nor for the quality or standard of services rendered by them.
Each Participant is solely responsible for their personal belongings during the Event. The Organizer accepts no liability for any loss or theft.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from force majeure Events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or any other Events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
Personal Data Protection
By registering for the Event, each Participant consents to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for purposes related to the organization and execution of the Event.
Each Participant also agrees that their personal data may be shared with third parties (such as hotels and transportation providers) strictly to the extent necessary for the proper organization and logistics of the Event.
The Organizer shall process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Additional Information
By registering, each Participant acknowledges and accepts these General Terms of Participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, venue, or logistical arrangements of the Event. Any such changes will be communicated to Participants in a timely manner.

Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject,
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, such as ensuring proper organization and logistics of the event.
Your personal data may be transferred to third-party entities involved in the organization of the event, such as:
hotel operators,
transport companies,
event partners or subcontractors – only to the extent necessary to properly organize your participation in the event.
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the preparation and execution of the event, and afterwards for the period required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You have the right to:
access your data,
request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
object to processing,
data portability (where applicable),
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the event. Failure to provide data will prevent participation.
